During the pilot phase, we work on a “success fee” basis and don’t make any promises. You only pay at the end of the pilot if you are happy with the work that was done.

We can stay together for as long as you want. Our partnership will always be based on key performance indicators (KPIs) that we both agree on and monthly reviews of software parameters and quality. Work Orders or Statements of Work Process give you full control over your budget whenever you want it.

It’s clear that being flexible is the key to making customers happy. At Smartsale, we think it also makes both sides more effective. We take the Agile way of working very seriously, from the work method to the flexible way of adding staff. So, any model of a partnership can be made bigger or smaller as needed.
