How we turned $5000+ in Facebook Ads into 200+ apartment sales!


This developer was successful when people told their friends about his work, but he had never been able to get online leads to work for him on his own or through other marketing agencies. They got in touch with us to find out how we could help them after seeing how we helped other clients. Also, the client wanted to automate all processes and make a tool where anyone can easily access all information about apartments and book them through a website. This information would then be sent to a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Because of this integration, all processes go more quickly, because real estate agents can easily access information about all available apartments through the website. They can book appointments for their clients, and clients can book appointments for themselves. The goal was to save time on administrative work and generate leads online.


The application which helps construction companies to visualize architecture projects and present them on the websites in interactive view. Application is implemented as a widget on the website of the seller with an images of architecture project, buildings, apartments with masks and availability to book the property.

The second stage was run online marketing campaign.

For this campaign we knew the general market was becoming a bit over saturated. To counteract this we created 3 different lead magnets to test. 

The most overused and least successful lead magnet still being run to generate real estate seller leads is the home evaluation. We decided to remove this from top of funnel testing and implement it in our follow up sequences instead. 

To determine the best audience and lead magnet to scale we employed the rapid fire testing method. 

We then set up a system that will text the client directly when a new lead has come in so they can reach out to them immediately and maintain a higher close rate. The faster you can communicate with the lead the more of them you will be able to turn into customers. 

We also gave the client proven call scripts and then hooked up an automated chat bot to the back of the ads to qualify the leads even further. Finally we set up long term nurturing sequences that sent out messages and reports through email and text messaging over the course of a year.

All of this led to the agent filling his pipeline with over 200+ buyers and 2 wholesale buyers in ONE MONTH!
